You've printed a beautiful banner on your new digital printer.
Now what? Send it out to sew the hems? Sew it yourself?
Heat-seal it? Hem it by hand with double-sided tape?
Take a chance and don't hem it at all?
The Banner Cyclone™ installs double-sided banner tape into the hems fast,
easily and automatically! Gain control over your jobs in-house,
do a great job for your customer and save money.
The Cyclone will hem your banners consistently,
neatly and in a perfectly straight line every time!
No puckers, no bunches and no waste.
It is neater and easier than sewing, faster and less expensive
than heat sealing and faster, easier and straighter
than hand taping benner hems. You will save money and
put out a better product that your customers will appreciate.
The Cyclone is easy to use!
Q: How is using the Cyclone easier than sewing?
A: First, sewing a straight line for 8-10 feet is not easy, but the Cyclone will do it automatically, consistently and for as long as you need it to go. Hands free, too. Second, sewing machines are finicky and require lots of maintenance, like setting timing. Thread and needles break, too. The Cyclone is much more dependable. Finally, sewing takes certain equipment and a certain skill, so when the sewer is out, not everyone can step in, but anyone can operate a Cyclone!
Q: How is it better than sewing?
A: No stitch lines! Print right to the edge or do a full bleed with no stitch lines in the print. And sewing machines use metal "teeth" that can scuff up your print. The Cyclone uses rollers that won't.
Q: How does using the Cyclone compare to heat-sealing?
A: It's a lot faster than the small hand-held units and a lot less expensive than the larger units. The Cyclone does a neater job and has no odor. If you make a mistake with the heat sealing, it is difficult, if not impossible, to correct and wasting printed banners is expensive.
The Cyclone saves money!
Q: Is the Cyclone a good investment?
A: Is it ever! You've just made a good investment in a digital printer. Now for a fraction of what the printer cost, you can finish your banner jobs in house! And the cost of using a Banner Cyclone™ compares very favorably to other options:
Sewing: Much less than paying someone else to sew your banners! If you are paying $1.00 per foot that is $8.00 for a 3x8 banner. You can own a Cyclone for less than that per day!
Heat Sealing: The larger heat sealers can cost $23,000 or more. Smaller heat sealers cost less, but are much slower than the Cyclone.
Taping by hand: The Cyclone is several times faster than hand taping, start to finish! What's your shop rate? $50 an hour? $100 an hour? Whatever value you use, even by saving just and hour or two per week, you'll make up the cost of the Cyclone in no time!
No matter what you compare it to, you'll certainly recoup your investment in your
Banner Cyclone™ within a year, probably in just a few months or even less.
That's a good "return on investment" by any measure!
